The Leinster Lightning selectors have the pleasure in announcing the following squad for the 50-over challenge against the Irish U-19’s in Oakhill on Sunday the 24th May 2015.
John Mooney (Capt-Balbriggan); Kenny Carroll (Railway Union); Joe Carroll (Leinster); Bill Coghlan (Clontarf); Eoghan Delany (Clontarf); Dom Joyce (Merrion); Tyrone Kane (Merrion); Fintan McAllister (Malahide); Cormac McLoughlan (The Hills); Max Sorensen (The Hills); Yaqoob Ali Shah (YMCA); Simmi Singh (YMCA).
This will be the Lightning’s first fixture in Oakhill and the players and management are really looking forward to playing in one of Ireland most picturesque cricket grounds.
This will be the Lightning’s first 50 over game of the season as we prepare to defend the 50 over crown that we won last year. The Irish U-19’s have named a strong squad, dominated by Leinster-based players it should prove to be a good test for Ted Williamson’s men.
The game starts at 11:30am in Oakhill and entry is free.
