Cricket Leinster launched their current strategic plan after consultation with the community, our clubs and key stakeholder in late 2018 to cover the coming three year period from 2019-2021.

The Vision for Cricket Leinster over this 3 year period is on of, "Supporting and working with our clubs to grow the game sustainably throughout all 12 counties in Leinster."

The Strategic Plan is based around four key pillars with the Clubs being absolutely placed of the centre of everything we do, those communities that are our Cricket Clubs are the first pillar.

The second pillar is based around the concept of making cricket available as a sport for people of all abilities, backgrounds, genders, race or orientation across the 12 counties of Leinster and that is the pillar of Cricket for All.

Thirdly, we wish to promote excellence in the quality of cricket at the higher levels from the pathway of the elite Leinster Youth sides through to the Bolts and the Leinster Lightning all covered in the High Performance pillar.

The fourth pillar addresses the commercial and business side of the sport as we try to embrace innovation to lead the way in promoting and commercialising cricket in Leinster in our Growth pillar.

These pillars are all underpinned by the crucial aspect of good governance with transparent and accountable best practice administration that will put the best interests of all 42 clubs and the wider cricketing community first.
