Merrion CC - Important announcement

To All Clubs,

As some of you may be aware, Merrion Cricket Club are currently in the process of building a new clubhouse in Anglesea Road. Due to weather at the back end of last year and the wet February we have had, the new clubhouse is now not due to be completed until the middle of June 2014.

This therefore means that there will be limited facilities available to teams who have matches within Merrion Cricket Club (Anglesea Road) during the months of April, May & June.

Merrion have come to an agreement with Old Belvedere Rugby club as follows:

• All teams can use the Old Belvedere changing rooms and showering facilities before and after the game (Directions to Old Belvedere RFC on Anglesea Road can be found here). NOTE: Under no circumstances should any items of gear/clothing/personal belongings be left in Old Belvedere Rugby Club at any stage.  
• Teas for all matches shall be served in Old Belvedere RFC.
• Within Merrion Cricket Club (during the build) there will be the following facilities:

(i)                  Loos - portakabin

(ii)                One portakabin changing room to facilitate both teams/umpires/scorers for storage of cricket gear and shelter

We would ask all clubs and visiting spectators to bear with us for the first half of the season whilst the building of the new clubhouse is completed.
