Womens Competitions: Result Cards
The WCC have been going through our emails and created a list of missing match cards. I will be sending out reminders to the contacts of the various clubs shortly.
As a general reminder, please remember that the home team is responsible for sending in the match card in the correct format, and that the match card, in the correct format, needs to be received by the 3rd day after the fixture was played.
If a match has been postponed, both captains need to notify our Fixture Secretary, Mary Sharp, of the new date within 5 days after the original fixture.
At least 1 of the fixtures between teams must be played - with the exception of Trinity matches that go for double points. However, in accordance with the regulations, any match that is not played, will result in 0 points for both teams. The leagues are decided on points, not percentages.
As we approach the end of the season, there are some Cup Finals to be played.
First up is the Minor Final between The Hills 2 and Rush 2. This match will be played at The Hills on Friday, 23 August 2013, starting 5.30 pm.
On Sunday, 25 August, Leinster CC will host the other 2 finals: the Junior Cup between Leinster 2 and YMCA, starting 12.30 pm, and the Senior Cup between Leinster 1 and Merrion 1, starting 4.30 pm.
