Some users are experiencing problems when attempting to use the new Direct Player Registration system, with Internet Explorer 8, and with phones and tablets.
More recent versions of Internet Explorer (9, 10 and 11) are working correctly, as are all other browers on PCs and Macs (eg Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera etc). We have been told that the problem should be fixed by early next week.
