The Leinster Lightning selectors have the pleasure in announcing the following squad for the Hanley Energy Inter-Provincial T20 Trophy game against the North-West Warriors in Merrion Cricket Club, Dublin on the 22nd May 2015.
John Mooney (Capt-Balbriggan); John Anderson (Vice-Capt Merrion); Alex Cusack (Clontarf); Kenny Carroll (Railway Union); Eoghan Delany (Clontarf); Tyrone Kane (Merrion); Fintan McAllister (Malahide); Andrew Poynter (Clontarf); Eddie Richardson (North County); Max Sorensen (The Hills); Fiachra Tucker (Pembroke); Yaqoob Ali Shah (YMCA).
Fintan McAllister returns to the squad after missing last week’s convincing win over the Knights in YMCA for personal reasons. His selection is the only change to that squad.
The Lightning are determined to make it three wins from three in this year’s T20 competition and a strong performance on Friday will go a long way to ensuring we regain the title we won in 2013.
It’s a 5pm start in Anglesea Road on Friday and there is no admission charge. A BBQ will be cooking all night, and there is full bar service, so make sure you are there for what promises to be a great evening of exciting cricket.
There is limited parking in the ground, with an overflow car park located opposite the ground in church across the road. Sandymount DART station is also only a five minute walk away.
