Malahide Cricket Club, www.malahidecc.com operates 5 Senior Men’s and 2 Senior Ladies teams. One of the key objectives of Malahide Cricket Club is to develop and maintain successful senior cricket teams particularly at 1st team level and we have identified an ECB level 2 or higher qualified coach (who may still be a player) as a requirement for the 2014 season.
The chosen candidate will provide the day to day leadership of all formats of the game, and in conjunction with the Club’s Captains, Team Management and players, will promote the highest standards of behaviour and discipline.
The role provides the necessary leadership and guidance to the teams. The post holder exercises this role in close consultation and partnership with the Captain who lead the Players on the field, and the Chair of Cricket in order to develop and deliver policies to create sustainable success.
