Lightning set out to reclaim IPT title

The Leinster Lightning selectors have the pleasure in announcing the following squad for the Hanley Energy Inter-Provincial 20-Over Trophy game against the North-West Warriors in Eglinton Cricket Club on Friday 26th June 2015.

John Mooney (Capt-Balbriggan); John Anderson (Vice-Capt Merrion); Yaqoob Ali (YMCA); Kenny Carroll (Railway Union); Eoghan Delaney (Clontarf); Dom Joyce (Merrion); Tyrone Kane (Merrion); Fintan McAllister (Malahide); Andrew Poynter (Clontarf);  Eddie Richardson (North County); Simi Singh (YMCA);  Max Sorensen (The Hills).

The squad shows two changes from the previous 50-over meeting of these sides with Fintan McAllister and Eoghan Delaney returning following strong club performances over the past few weeks.

This is the final game of the Hanley Energy T20 series and a win for the Lightning would see us reclaim the T20 title from the Warriors. Conversely if the Warriors win with a bonus point then they retain the trophy. All to play for on Friday and the action starts at 4.30pm in Eglinton Cricket Club.
