Civil Service are comfortable leaders in Division 10 and are one of a select few teams that have won all their matches so far this season. with eight victories out of eight and a percentage score of 89% [30 percentage points above the next team, Pembroke 5ths] it is difficult to see anyone catching them. Pembroke 5th and YMCA are best placed to secrure the second promotion spot but all teams down to Malahide 5th [Wicklow 3rds and Leinster 6th] are still in with a chance.
At the bottom of the table, The Hills 4ths and North Kildare 3rds have only one win each and have allowed a gap to develop between them and the team above. A run of a few wins, however, could change the ranking very quickly.
Division 10 sees a marked increase in the overall number of runs scored with 26 players scoring more than 100 runs. J Brogan of Malahide is th eonly player to pass the 200 mark. There have been three centuries [Carl Collings and David Drane of Wicklow and J Tector of YMCA]. S Sood of Civil Service is the top wicket taker [17 at average of 3.88] and also has probably the best bowling figures for the whole league at 9/15
