Review of the [late] Season : Open League Division 13

With less than half the matches played, there is still all to play for in Division 13. Pembroke 6ths are out in front and are one of only three sides in the Open League Competitions with a 100% record. At the same time Pembroke have only four matches played and a number of refixes. Rush 4ths and Clontarf 6ths are capable of catching Pembroke before the end of the year if a few key results go their way. There are two key fixtures, with Pembroke playing away from home to Rush on 1st August and to Clontarf on 20th, which will determine the fate of the Division.

At the other end of the table Wicklow 4ths are in trouble and yet to register a win. In a seven team league there may yeet be a reprieve for the second last team but to be safe Leinster 7ths and Railway 5ths need a few victories. Trinity 3rds aren't completely out of the woods, but with 45% and their matches complete, they shoud survive.

Although no player has yet got 200 runs, there are 16 who have socored over 100. Interestingly there have been five centuries, suggesting that some players at least have moved up the teams. On the bowling front there are only two players with 10 wickets.
