Youth Cricket 2014   -  Update 15th July

The U15 T20 Competition for the Gerry Duffy Cup was won by YMCA who beat Pembroke in the final.

Leinster won both the U13 and U15 Interpro tournaments and U17s made it a clean sweep for Leinster when they beat the North West in the decider.

The U11 Fingal Cup final between YMCA and Rush takes place at 5 pm on Friday 18th July in Claremont Road.

Next week’s finals are the U11 Girls Dorothy Doolan Cup between Phoenix and Pembroke which is in the Phoenix Park on Thursday 24th July Check website for start time and the Boys U13 Watkins Cup between Rush and YMCA which is in Kenure on Friday 25th July at 5 pm.

In the leagues only one league has had more than 50% of games played. There are so few matches played at U15, U17 and U19 (boys and girls) that I won’t write about them.

Boys U11A

Phoenix and Leinster lead here followed by Malahide and YMCA. Leinster and YMCA are both unbeaten.

Boys U11B

Leinster and Malahide lead here followed by Clontarf and The Hills. All bar Clontarf are unbeaten.

Boys U11CN

Rush and The Hills are well ahead here and neither has lost.

Boys U11CS

15 out of 21 games have been played in this league. No team is unbeaten and any of five clubs could win.

Boys U13A

YMCA lead here with Leinster, Pembroke, Phoenix and Rush trailing.

Boys U13B

YMCA and Leinster lead here followed by Rush and Merrion.

Boys U13C

Not many games played here but Leinster unbeaten and level with Adamstown.

Girls U11

Pembroke and North County are unbeaten and followed by Phoenix, The Hills and YMCA.

Girls U13

Any Pembroke, Phoenix, Malahide and YMCA can come with a run but The Hills are way out in front.
