Railway Union CC were the runaway winners of the SportsHub Women’s Division Three amassing 253.5 points and winning all but one of their completed matches.
In terms of the individual awards for this league, the Sharp Cup for the top batter will be awarded this year to Susie Whaley of Pembroke (who were runners-up in the league itself). Susie was the only player to achieve an average in excess of 50 per innings and in doing so, she managed an aggregate runs total of 372 across 10 games played.

Given their league dominance, it is no surprise that the top bowling award for this league is going to Anna Callahan of Railway Union who took 23 wickets at a miserly average of 6.78 per wicket. Anna was closely followed by the highly experienced Ciara O’Brien who contributed 14 wickets to her club’s success this year at an average of just 10.07 per wicket. Congrats to Anna Calahan who will receive her trophy on the main stage in the Mansion House in January (along with all other winners).
