Civil Service beat North Kildare by 81 runs
Civil Service won the toss and chose to bat first in the Park. With solid batting from the top 3, they progressed to 124/2 in the 29th over with Kushal Narang (49) and Ankit Gusain (39) combining very effectively to add 83 for the second wicket. Civil Service seemed set for a substantial score at this point.
The North Kildare bowlers had other ideas as first Nurulain Boda (4/20) and then Josh Uddin (4/5) ripped through the Service batting as they slumped to 171 all out off just 43.2 overs. The last 8 wickets falling for just 47 runs off 13 overs.

In reply, North Kildare were quickly in trouble as the two opening bowlers for Service combined to reduce them to 45/5 in the 13th over (Naveed Khan 3/25, Suman Dey 2/19) at that stage.
Asadullah Ahmadzai played a lone hand at number 4 as wickets continued to fall at the other end. He was eventually seventh out for 34 with the team score on 65/7.
Aamir Bafanda (3/27) wrapped up the tail to give the home side a comprehensive win by 81 runs to narrow the gap at the top of the Vitallity Sports First Team League.

Adamstown beat Cork Harlequins by 5 wkts
At Airlie Park, Cork Harlequins chose to bat first and struggled to 173 in the 45th over with just three contributions of note - opener Barend Vosloo (40), Devon Joyce chipping in with 35 whilst Senthil Kumar was seventh out having accumulated a top-score of 58 off 88 balls. Three Adamstown bowlers finished with a brace - opener Harish Khumkar (2/14), Arvind Olaganathan (2/18) and Kunal Nagare (2/26).
In similar fashion to the game at Civil Service, the Adamstown chase initially faltered as Quins made early in-roads reducing the home side to 42/4 in the 7th over.
Kunal Nagare then combined with Naranjan Shankar (31) to steady the innings as they then added 81 for the fifth wicket. Nagare was then joined by Prabhanshu Kamal (35) to secure the win by 5 wickets with 22 overs to spare.

Nagare finished unbeaten on 52 off 59 balls.
