D3 YMCA II and Clontarf II are both in action again today. Clontarf play bottom placed The Hills II and will be seeking to get something back from the weekend following their deat on Saturday. A win for YMCA against Pembroke would propel them into contention.
D5 Second placed Merrion III and third Dundrum have matches against Laois II and Leinster III respectively. Both will be anxious to keep pressure on league leaders Clontarf III
D6 Leaders Sandford and second placed YMCA III are both in action and should beat Clonee and Belvedere II. That is assuming the celebrations after YMCA’s one run win in the Middle Cup Final hasn’t taken too much out of them.
D7 Merrion V will be trying to get their season back on track after a lose of early season form and should be too good for Knockharley. The Hills [second in league] have a tougher fixture against Wexford who are fourth.
D8 Clontarf IV are way out on top and have yet to lose a league match this season. If they can defeat third placed Leinster V it is difficult to see what will stop them taking the title this year. At the other end Malahide IV need a win over last placed Wicklow II to help them move out of relegation zone.
D12 Greystones have their second match of the weekend and will be keen to follow up on the win over merrion VII with another over Dundalk II. Greystones are currently on six wins with no losses in the league.
