WIth the club cricket season now in full swing, we are pleased to report that player registrations now exceed the 5,000 mark across the CL region.
Whilst it is too early to assess drop-off rates, it is noteworthy that there are almost 1,000 players registered for the first time in 2023.
Some early season competitions have already concluded as follows:

Merrion continues to lead the charge with 293 players signed up, with the top 7 now all at 200 or more as follows:

In terms of 'midlands' clubs, it is great to see growth at almost every club - some highlights being Mullingar (99), Kilkenny (96), Carlow (68) and Laois (66).
