Details of incident/Action taken - Leinster 5 fielded two players who were registered as 4.2 in their starrings. Leinster 5 were found to be in breach of Clause 3.3 of the General Playing Regulations. As the OCC believe the instance was accidental, the match was delcared void, and Leinster 5 were warned as to future matches.

Details of incident/Action taken - Pembroke 6 failed to agree with the opposition to postpone a match (Match to be postponed so that players could watch Senior Cup final). Pembroke 6 were found to be in breach of 9.4 of the General Playing Regulations, and hence were penalised for giving a walkover, and awarded -15 from 25 points. As rain meant that over 50% of matches in the area were cancelled, Old Belvedere received 0 from 0
Club/Team - Merrion 7
Match - Division 12, Merrion 7 vs Greystones Cricket 1, Saturday 4th August
Details of incident/Action taken - Merrion 7 played a match on the same day that Merrion 6 gave a walkover against Halverstown 1 in Division 8.Merrion 7 were found to be in breach of 9.4.4 of the General Playing Regulations, and were penalised the 2 points they won in the match as well as the 15 point walkover penalty (-15 from 25).
