  3. Ed Sports supporting Underage Cricket
30th July 2018 by Philip Smith

Ed Sports supporting Underage Cricket

Cricket Leinster is pleased to advise that Ed Sports has agreed to renew its support for our ongoing District Cricket Programme across Leinster. In addition, Ed Sports will provide activation supports including equipment and player-of-the-match awards for under-age finals.

As a well established supplier of quality cricket equipment and clothing, Ed Sports is the port of call for many cricket players and their families throughout the season.

Ed Dwyer, Proprietor, Ed Sports spoke of his pleasure at having the opportunity to continue his support for the Underage District Cricket Programme - 'We are delighted as a company to be a sponsor of Cricket Leinster. Leinster are the leading force presently within Irish cricket and have established great programmes, particularly at youth level, that has seen participation levels increase significantly over the past ten years. We are keen to offer something back as we look to support a thriving district development programme by offering further playing and practice opportunities for the next generation of young Leinster cricketers and to help them achieve their cricketing goals.'

Philip Smith, General Manager, Cricket Leinster commented as follows - 'On behalf of everyone associated with cricket in Leinster, I want to thank Ed Dwyer for providing this ongoing support which is very much appreciated. I would encourage the cricket community to support Ed Sports where possible.'
