Youth Cricket Update: 22nd Aug

Leinster beat YMCA in the U11C league Stockton Cup final.

Leinster beat YMCA in the U11B league Claremont Cup final.

Leinster beat YMCA in the U13B league Caprani Cup final.

North County beat The Hills in the U17 Harry Hill Cup semi final and also beat YMCA in the final.

YMCA beat CSNI in the U13 All Ireland semi final and must travel to Bready in the final.

Clontarf beat Bready in the U15 All Ireland semi final and now host Waringstown in the final.

The Girls U17 Cup final between Malahide/Rush and Leinster takes place in Rush on Thursday 22nd August at noon. 

The U15B Marlay Park Cup final between Leinster and The Hills takes place in Rathmines on Friday 23rd August at 1 pm.

The U11 Plate Tolan Cup final between Old Belvedere and Clontarf takes place in Cabra on Tuesday 27th August at 5 pm.

No change since last week in U19 situation.

Boys Leagues

U11A – No results – no change – Phoenix in second place behind winners YMCA.

U13A – Seven results in so still Pembroke are on top with YMCA and Leinster in joint second place.

U13C - One result leaves Leinster at the top.

U15A – Seven results put YMCA well ahead of Clontarf, Leinster and Terenure but there are many games outstanding.

U15BN – The Hills won from Malahide.

U15BS – Leinster have topped this section with YMCA runners up.

U19N – Section winners are North County .

U19S – Finalist to be decided by appeal court.

Girls’ Leagues

U11 – After seven more results Pembroke are leading with all games played but could still be overtaken by Leinster or The Hills.

U13  - YMCA are winners and Merrion and Rush are fighting for second.

U15 – The Hills are ahead but Malahide can catch them.

U17 – Leinster win with Rush/Malahide currently second.

Boys’ Cups

U11 – YMCA beat Pembroke by 8 wkts in the final.

U13 – YMCA beat Merrion by 7 wkts in the final.

U13 Plate – Clontarf beat Terenure by 10 wkts in the final.

U15 – Clontarf beat North County by 102 runs in the final.

U15 T20– Clontarf beat YMCA by 62 runs in the final.

Girls’ Cups

U11 – The Hills beat Clontarf in the final.

U13 – YMCA beat The Hills by 3 wkts in the final.

U15 – YMCA beat The Hills by 22 runs in the final.

U17 Cup final now on 22nd August in Rush at noon.
