KNOCKHARLEY BEAT CORK HARLEQUINS BY 10 WICKETS
Knockharley completed a facile, maximum points win over Cork Harlequins at Kentstown this afternoon. The star for the Meath side was young Aabis Mirza who ran through the Quins top and middle order to finish with figures of 6/17. Mirza was well supported by Brandon Kruger and Kashif Ali who mopped up the tail in short order.
The Knockharley chase was completed in just 15 overs for no loss with Sayed Zubair unbeaten on 37 and Kruger 21* as Knockharley completed their 9th win in what has been an excellent debut season at this level. The win ensured that the team from Meath will finish runners-up which is a great achievement for the whole squad coached by Barry Grimes.

TERENURE LOST TO THE HILLS BY 6 WKTS
Terenure won the toss in their final home game of the season but were quickly in trouble with wickets falling at regular intervals. Only Sid Nair (40 off 31 balls) made any impression across the top and middle order. The team score was bolstered by a 52-run partnership for the 8th wicket between Bhavic Tukrel and Aamir Bafanda (20). Tukrel was unbeaten on 30* as the innings subsided to 129 all out with over 21 overs unused.
It was a team effort for The Hills with the ball with the wickets shared between Cian Nulty (3/36), Febin Manoj (2/11), Killian McGrane (2/33) and veteran seamer Tomás Rooney-Murphy who chipped in with 2/36 including the key wicket of Henry Dall.
The Hills then made light work of the chase with the Sherzad brothers putting on 58 for the first wicket before Yaseen was joined by Nathan Rooney plundered a further 54 off just 5 overs for the 4th wicket. Rooney fell for 26 off just 12 balls however Yaseen remained unbeaten at the end on 68* (11X4, 2X6) as The Hills headed back to Skerries with 23 points.

ADAMSTOWN BEAT NORTH KILDARE BY 8 WKTS AT OAK HILL
North Kildare chose to bat first at Oak Hill and took over 41 overs to accumulate just 135 runs – at 3.29 runs per over which is sedate in the modern game. Several players got a start but only Yashraj Mate (26 off 64 balls) managed more than 20 as the Adamstown bowlers maintained a tight grip throughout.

Shravon Biju continued his excellent form with the ball taking the first three wickets (including Yash Kalasannavar) whilst fellow opener, Aryan Adelkar took 3/46 as Kildare were bundled out for 135 with 9 overs unused.
Where North Kildare had struggled for any momentum with the bat, Adamstown went in pursuit of the modest target with some vigour as Sidharth Biju and Prabhanshu Kamal (32 off 27) added 75 for the second wicket in just 7 overs.

Biju was then joined by Nithin Namburu and the pair added the additional 54 runs required to see Adamstown home in only the 16th over with 8 wickets to spare. Biju finished on 51* off just 44 balls whilst Namburu contributed an unbeaten 35 off 27 balls.
