The club currently fields 4 adult Men’s teams, 2 adult Ladies teams and 13 Youths teams in the Leinster League. We don’t just see ourselves as a sports club but rather as an integral part of the community, working closely with other bodies such as local schools to provide a healthy, safe and fulfilling outlet for young and old. Recent club honours include; winners of the Bob Kerr All Ireland Senior Cup in 2012 and winners of the Leinster League Division 1 title in 2013. We regularly host Inter-Provincial and International fixtures at the club including most recently the qualifying stages of the Women’s World Cup.
The Club have been leasing/renting their facilities at The Vineyard since their foundation in 1969. We now have the opportunity of acquiring the freehold of “The Field” which will present us with the ability to securely invest in the further development of the facilities and the club in general.
The Committee have decided that to help fund the acquisition of “The Field” we will run a 300 Member Monster draw. The proceeds from the Draw will be used to defray some of the costs of the purchase. We have waited a long time for this opportunity and we hope that you will be motivated to help in our endeavours. Pro-forma tickets will be issued by our various sellers and when we have received your monies we will issue a validated ticket and number. Many thanks for your support.
