  3. Terenure the only change in Div 2 averages
16th June 2015 by Paul Reynolds

Terenure the only change in Div 2 averages

There has only been one game on the last two weeks that has changed the standings in the Division 2 averages, with Terenure's Senior Cup tie against Pembroke altering a few Terenure records

Highest Batting average in Division 2 - (current qualification - 100 runs)

It would seem unfair to alter the qualification criteria with only one team playing, so it remains at 100 runs. Ben Speake drops from 4th to 5th after only scoring 27 on Saturday.

Leading allrounder in Division 2- (Qualification 250 points - 1 pt for each run, 20 pts for each wkt, ctch or stmp)

I made an error last week (thanks to my predecessor, Gerry Byrne for pointing it out!), in including catches by fielders in this table. Only catches (and stumpings) by wicketkeepers count. So some slight changes, with Masud Ahmed of Phoenix remaining the leading eligible player.
