In August 2013 the OCC realised that a regulation agreed in 2012 to cover teams finishing with equal points/percentages had inadvertently never been included in the regulations on the website.
The matter was further agreed by OCC at that time but unfortunately, through another oversight, was still not put on the site. That has now been corrected and this regulation 13 of the General Playing Regulations will apply.
