This week Eddie Richardson took over at the top of the batting averages for Division 1. As well as leading the averages he is only just behind Pat Collins as the leading run scorer with 491 runs compared to Par’s 511. Bowling see a new leader in Robert Garth on top of the averages while his team mate, Simmi Singh is not far behind him and is the leading wicket taker with 17, although he shares this with 2 others. Simmi Singh has extended his lead in Catchers in the field to 3, which is a large advantage for this category, though far from insuperable. Ciaran Divney of Railway remains leading wicket keeper with JJ Cassidy of YM just 2 behind Pat Collins continues to lead the All Rounders category by 60 from Eddie Richardson. There is then a gap of almost 250 points to Simmi Singh in Third. There is a lot of work to be done to close that gap. | ||||||||||
