  3. Round Up:  OC Competitions
17th August 2017 by Eddie Lewis

Round Up:  OC Competitions

Previous table from 6th August.

Each week until the end of the season we will try to keep you up to date with the changing fortunes on teams seeking titles or promotion and trying to avoid relegation. For those following on social media the individual league tables have been updated since the weekend. These are also available under Results > League Tables on the website.

The main movements since the last table:

Clontarf III now lead D5 and change places with Longford

Wexford Wanderers have moved into the second promotion spot in D7 replacing North Kildare II

Swords have moved top of D8, with Clontarf IV now second.

Clondalkin have dropped from 1st to 3rd place in D10 - overtaken by Greystones II and Dundalk

North Kildare IV are now in the second promotion spot in D15, replacing Knockharley III

Clondalkin II and Bagenalstown III have swopped places and now top D16.

In the relegation battles North Kildare [D2] and North County IV [D13] have dropped into the relegation zone and North County III [D7] has dropped a place and are now below Laois II.

Apart form the positional changes there has been a general tightening of the gaps at the top of the tables as competition intensifies. This can be seen in D1, D5, D8, D11, D12, D13 and D16.

Two clubs have lost their unbeaten record - Balbriggan III and Halverstown - and now only four remain.
