Railway Union Cricket Club are hosting annual Grainne Casey Memorial Match on August 29th this year as a fund raiser for Action Breast Cancer. Following on from the great success of last year, this year will be bigger and better. The day will kick off with an U9’s blitz to showcase the Irish stars of the future which will be followed up by the U13 girls taking on their mothers. During the day there will also be pink champagne and pink sweets and treats on sale.
The highlight of the day will be the Past V Present game at 2pm. Will the Present team turn around the loss from last year or is there life in the old dogs yet? This will be followed up by the annual auction with all proceeds going to Action Breast Cancer. All items have a pink theme and have been kindly donated.
