Leinster Cricket Union Annual Awards – Friday 11th November 2016 (7.30pm for 8.00pm) – Old Belvedere Rugby Club Anglesea Road
The Leinster Cricket Union Annual Awards dinner will take place as detailed above. Please note the event is once again taking place on a Friday this year.
I would appeal to you to use your best endeavours to maximise the attendance from your club and at least fill one table of 10 people, smaller numbers will be catered for The price for the ninth year is now confirmed and remains at the same price as it has been since 2008 at €50 per head if PRE PAID by Friday 4th November. After that the cost WILL BE €55 per head.
The dinner has become a very enjoyable end of season social occasion where, as you know, all league (Men’s and Women’s) and individual awards will be presented, including the Hall of Fame award.
As with all such events the success of the night will depend on the level of attendance, which in turn will depend on personal contact with club members.
It would be appreciated if you could personally or through a nominated club member make these contacts. Every year there are a number of clubs who have to be contacted numerous times for a response please do not include yourself in that number but respond as soon as possible. A booking form is enclosed for your convenience and I would be obliged if you could return your initial numbers by Friday 28th October electronically and the final numbers by Friday 4th November also electronically and the money by post or Bank Transfer, details on request. Please include the names to avoid people being booked in twice, if for example they are also guests. Places, which will be limited, will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
