Details of incident/Action taken - On April 26th 2012, Oakhill/Wicklow County CC informed the OCC that the Division 4 match on the coming Saturday was postponed, due to weather and ground conditions.
The OCC agrees that due to the weather coniditions, the match would not have taken place. However, due to the breach of 44.4 of the Division 1-4 playing regualtions, Oakhill 1 have been warned that any further instances of such a breach will result in penalties.

Details of incident/Action taken - North Coutny 5 fielded an unregistered player.
North County 5 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations. North County CC have been given a final warning, and told players must be registered before they can take the field.
