Details of incident/Action taken - Wicklow County 2 breached part 3.3 of the Open Competition General Playing Regulations by playing two unstarred players
The standard penalty for a breach of this regulation is to have the match made void, and for Wicklow County 2 to be expelled from the Intermediate Cup.
In addition to this, the OCC has also found Wicklow County 2 and its captain to be guilty of attempting to cover up the playing of of these players and are therefore in breach of part 7.2 of the General Playing Regulations
As a result the OCC, is excluding Wicklow County 2 from it's 2013 full length Cup competition (what ever that may be).
Club/Team - Old Belvedere 2
Match - Division 6, Old Belvedere 2 vs Clonee 1, Saturday 23rd June 2012
Details of incident/Action taken - Old Belvedere 2 breached part 3.3 of the Open Competition General Playing Regulations by playing a starred player from the team above
The standard penalty for a breach of this regulation is to have the match made void for Clonee 1, and for Old Belvedere 2 to be awarded 0 points from 25 for the match.
In addition to this, the OCC has also found Old Belvedere 2 and its captain to be guilty of attempting to cover up the playing of of this player and are therefore in breach of part 7.2 of the General Playing Regulations
As a result the OCC, is penalsing Old Belvedere 2 an additional 25 points from their Division 6 league record.
Club/Team - Leinster 8
Match - Minor Cup, Leinster 8 vs Mullingar 3, Sunday 1st July 2012
Details of incident/Action taken - Leinster 8 fielded an unregistered player.
Leinster 8 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations. Having already received a warning this year, Leinster 8 have been docked five points from their league record.
