Details of incident/Action taken - Greystones Cricket 1 fielded an unregistered player. Greystones Cricket 1 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations. Having already received a warning this year, Greystones Cricket 1 have been docked five points from their league record.

Match - Division 13, Railway Union 5 vs Sandyford 3, Sunday 15th July 2012
Details of incident/Action taken - Railway Union 5 fielded an unregistered player. Railway Union 5 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations. As it is Railway Union's first offence, the club were given a final warning.
Club/Team - Adamstown 2
Match - LCU 20/20 Cup Semi Final, Ring Commons 1 vs Adamstown 2, Tuesday 26th June 2012
Details of incident/Action taken - Adamstown fielded several players that breached competition regulations. Adamstown 2 fielded two players who breached part 4.2 of the competition regulations, and two further players who breached part 2.6 of the General Playing Regulations. As a result the OCC ordered the replaying of the match.
Adamstown appealed this decision, and the LCU Executive upheld the original decision. Adamsown 2 then gave a walkover to Ring Commons 1 in the semi final
