13 MAN SQUAD ANNOUCNEMENT FOR THE INTER-PROVINCIAL IP50 GAME VERSUS THE NORTH-WEST WARRIORS AT MALAHIDE ON THE 1ST JUNE 2013
The Leinster Lightning selectors have the pleasure of announcing the following 13 man squad for our next match of the 2013 RSA Inter-Provincial Cup verses the North-West Warriors on the 1st of June 2013 at 10:45am in Malahide.
Kevin O'Brien (Railway Union), Ben Ackland (Merrion), John Anderson (Merrion), Andrew Balbirnie (Pembroke), Alex Cusack (Clontarf), Trent Johnston (YMCA), Tyrone Kane (Merrion), Fintan McAllister (Malahide), John Mooney (North County), Andrew Poynter (Clontarf), Eddie Richardson (North County), Max Sorensen (The Hills), Albert van der Merwe (YMCA). Coach: Trent Johnston. Manager: Mark Jones.
John Mooney is the one addition to the squad that beat the Northern Knights at the start of May. These two teams had an exciting draw in the 3 day Championship game two weeks ago and the Lightning squad are hopeful of a win this time around.
There is no admission charge into the game on Saturday, the Leinster Lightning are again looking forward to playing in front of a large home crowd at the new international ground.
