LEINSTER FUTURES WOMEN TO FACE NCU WOMEN (22.07.26)

The CL Futures Women side to face the NCU tomorrow in the Factory Ground in Donacloney has been confirmed, with the side heading into their first 40 over game of the year unbeaten.

The T20 campaign saw four wins from four, with the side earning three bonus points across the opening four fixtures, and seeing captain Annabel Squires leading the run-scoring charts with 156 at an average of 78, whilst Ellie McGee led the way among the bowlers, claiming 7 wickets at an average of 8.57.

Squires leads a squad that includes three Merrion players as well as three from Clontarf, whilst Phoenix’s Zara Craig and Pembroke’s Izzy McLean both return to the squad having missed the T20 fixtures in Ballyspallen.
