A training squad has been selected for winter coaching sessions currently being held at both North County Cricket Club and King’s Hospital School. Eight coaching sessions run over the winter has given the boys an opportunity to further develop their skills and to try to gain selection onto the reduced Leinster U’15’s squad who will train together at Easter.
As well as playing in this year’s interprovincial series, the squad will also take part in a tour to the UK next August. The now annual festival will take place at Wolverhampton Cricket Club and will involve games against Cheshire, Norfolk, Staffordshire, Cumbria and Lincolnshire.
The squad, who have been split into Northside and Southside for training purposes, is as follows:
