Latest OCC Averages

Another week gone and another set of averages covering Divisions 1 and 2.

Batting
The minimum number of runs required this week for inclusion has gone up to 250.  Andre and Shahid have swapped places at the top of the Batting averages. The Railway due of Trent and Tom Fisher have passed Simmi Singh and are now in 3rd and 4th place. Andre continues to have the most runs and is the only one so far over 400.

Bowling
Minimum wickets have now gone up to 12. Jim Govan continues to top the averages and this week has done the double as he is also the leading wicket taker. Dom Joyce is second and David Lankford Smith is up to 3rd.

Catches
Minimum figure required for inclusion is 5. Dave Langford Smith has gone top of this list, thanks to 2 catches in each of his last two matches (one of which was not in last week). Tipu Gull and Max Sorensen and tied in second place.

Wicket Keeping
Minimum figures for inclusion gone up top 8. Rohit Bahl continues to lead the field here, and Paul Tweddle is now in second place, just one behind.  These two are starting to stretch their lead over the field.

All Rounders
Here all elements required for inclusion has gone up slightly. Runs are now 125; wickets or wicket keeping dismissals to 5 and points to 250.

Andre continues to lead, with Jimmy Govan hard on his heels.  Reinhardt Strydom is up to 3rd after that magnificent hundred that brought him past his 5,000 senior runs. Congratulations to him on that and indeed to the other two guys who reached their milestones last week, John Boy Mooney (4,000 runs) and Luke Clinton (300 wickets).

All matches to date are in this week except the tied cup match between Merrion and Leinster.
