Latest Division 1 and 2 league Tables

Following the refixed match between Clontarf and Phoenix played today at Phoenix Park I now attach the updated league tables .
 
The refixed match produced a great win by Phoenix who at 30 for 5 chasing 197 seemed out of it.  However they battled back thanks to great efforts by Jeremy Bray; Masud Ahmed and David Langford Smith. The 21 points they gained from this match left Pembroke definitely relegated and the other relegated position between Phoenix and YMCA with the winner remaining in Division 1 and the loser being relegated. There are still 4 teams in with a chance of winning the title.
 
Division 2 is settled even with two matches top be played this weekend.  Leinster and Terenure are promoted, with the winner of the Divisional title to be decided in the match between them. Relegated to Division 3 are North County II and Old Belvedere.

At Milverton. The Hills v YMCA Match Abandoned.

At Phoenix Park. Phoenix (21) beat Clontarf (4) by 2 wickets

Division 2.

At Terenure. Terenure (25) beat The Hills II (0) by 103 runs D/L

At Cabra. Rush (23) beat Old Belvedere (2) by 5 Wickets D/L

At Malahide.  Leinster (25) beat Malahide (0) by 9 wickets D/L

At Mardyke. Cork County (24) beat North County II (1) by 7 wickets

At Kenure. Terenure (22) beat Rush (3) by 3 wickets D/L

Note: In tables below I have included in the number of matches played the number of matches (if any) which have been abandoned with no result. While these do not affect points (as none are awarded) or percentages (as they are ignored in calculating those) they will indicate the number of matches that each team has left to play, as each team may be playing different numbers of matches. Where a match that has been abandoned has to be re-fixed I have not included the abandoned match.
