Over the next few days, the draws for the OCC's cup competitions will be published. The following should be noted.
"Due to the increase in teams in recent seasons and the need to have workable cup structures, a cup competition may contain teams from more than two league divisions.
It has also been decided to introduce a new cup competition which has the working title "Minor 2 Cup".
Clubs should note that the dates shown are provisional at this point but should be finalised shortly.
The structures and draws for the Leinster midweek cups will be carried out by the new OCC to be elected at the AGM next week. ISC and National Cup draws will be carried out by Cricket Ireland in early December."
