The U17 Leinster Girls were split up into 2 mixed teams rather than a South V North Leinster match. I proved a successful day with all the girls playing their part. A huge thank goes out to the parents, umpires - Joe Connolly & Paul Delany, scorer - Dave Kerrison, and the coaches - myself and Barra MacNiocaill. We would also like to thank North Kildare CC for the use of their grounds and Aine O'Connor for her assistance with teas for umpires. Lastly, thanks go to Cricket Ireland for supplying the medals for the winning team.
