Festival Coach - Juniors
CL are currently seeking to engage two (casual) Festival Coaches to lead the summer Festival programme (two teams, one coach for each). Coaches will lead the delivery of an inclusive programme which prioritises fun and inspiring learning environments. Coaches should have the confidence and ability to connect with both children and adults across all cultures and abilities. Coaches that are well organised and strong communicators, with high-energy to excite and inspire the next generation of players, are encouraged to apply.
The CL summer festival programme will prioritise fun, inclusion and opportunity of play. The programme can be delivered from May through to July, with one of the many highlights being a three-day festival hosted in July and located in the North West of Ireland. Due to the programme structure, high-flexibility across hours and days is required, along with availability for the multi-day ‘away’ festival.
CL is an inclusive employer which is focused to engage all people across the game and provide a positive experience. Trainings and fixtures can be scheduled across a variety of venues, so access to a vehicle with a full driving licence is essential.

Head Coach – Provincial Youth
CL are currently seeking to engage four (casual) Head Coaches to lead the representative summer programme across both the Under 15 and Under 17 age groups (two teams in each age-group). Coaches will lead the delivery of inclusive programmes that empower learning through progressive and purposeful environments. Coaches should have the confidence and ability to connect with both teenagers and adults across all cultures and abilities. Coaches that are well organised, strong communicators and with a passion to grow and develop athletes and teams are encouraged to apply.
The CL summer programmes will prioritise holistic development and can be delivered from May through to July, with one of the many highlights being the Cricket Ireland Inter-Provincials hosted in July annually. Due to the programme structure, high-flexibility across hours and days is required, with potential overnight trips for tournament play.
