Cricket Leinster seeking office space

As part of the ongoing development of Cricket Leinster, we are looking as suitable premises to act as an office for Cricket Leinster's staff.

The requirements are as follows:

• Office space – this needs to be functional for initially two people, but should be capable of accommodating five.
• Meeting space – a space in required for the holding of committee meetings. This could be shared with the club if required.
• Facilities – there needs to be permanent access to a kitchen area and toilet facilities. There should be ample car parking.
• Signage – Cricket Leinster will need to erect signage, both at the entrance to the office, as well as at the entrance to the overall premises.
• Comms – There needs to be access to broadband and mobile signals.
• Access – ideally it would be accessed separately to the club, but it would at least need to be secure to the rest of the club.
• Location – the premises should be easily accessible to those travelling from the rest of Leinster, and should also be accessible using public transport.

Cricket Leinster would consider appropriate commercial terms with any club that entered into such an arrangement.
