Cricket Leinster are pleased to advise that Kevin Gallagher has been appointed Cricket Operations & Administration Manager for Cricket Leinster, reporting to Philip Smith, General Manager.
Kevin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to this role having fulfilled senior roles in industry with a strong track record of delivery.
He is a very experienced cricket administrator having fulfilled important leadership roles at both IACUS and LCU&SA in recent years. He has also recently been appointed to the ICC International Referees Panel.
As part of this new role, Kevin will be responsible for our day-to-day operations including all logistics associated with Leinster Lightning. He will also assist the delivery of key objectives contained within the Cricket Leinster Strategic Plan, particularly in relation to the smooth running of our cricket and technical operations to ensure that we satisfy compliance procedures and protocols as laid down by Cricket Leinster, relevant funding bodies and Cricket Ireland (CI).
Kevin will primarily be based at the Cricket Leinster Offices in Sandyford, Dublin 18.
We are very appreciative of the support provided by Cricket Ireland which has hugely contributed to the establishment of this full-time role in Leinster.
