Clubs are advised that applications for the new 2026 Community Sports Facilities Fund (CSFF), previously known as the Sports Capital and Equipment Programme, will open by mid-September 2026.
We will be running a full briefing session for clubs on the application process on Tuesday 29th September 2026 (via zoom), commencing at 7.00pm.
There are a number of changes expected to both the criteria and the process which will all be covered at the session.
The seminar will be delivered and facilitated by 2into3 Limited who are specialists in the not-for-profit/volunteer sector with a proven track record of assisting sports clubs in securing funding.

This webinar is designed for club committee members who are responsible for grant applications, particularly those applying to the Community Sports Facilities Fund (formerly the Sports Capital Programme). Adam McCormick, Consultant in the Public Funding at 2into3, will lead the session along with Dennis O’Connor and Trevor Watkins in attendance. Adam has extensive experience across different CSFF projects and has supported clubs to refine their project ideas, strengthen their pitch, and prepare high-quality applications.
The webinar will cover:
- What qualifies for funding
- Who is eligible to apply
- How to prepare a strong grant application
- Understanding the application process and scoring
- How to maximise your score and improve your chances of success
After attending, you will:
- Understand how to prepare a compelling, grant-ready project
