COACHING ROLE AT NORTH KILDARE – JOB ADVERT (25.2.2026)

BACKGROUND

North Kildare CC is located in Kilcock, just off the M4 outside Dublin. It is a vibrant, family-oriented club featuring:

⇒ Six Open teams

⇒ Two women’s teams

⇒ A rapidly growing junior section with boys’ and girls’ teams across multiple age groups

⇒ A social Taverners team

The club’s Open teams compete across all levels of the Cricket Leinster leagues, with the 1st XI playing in the First Team league. Our women’s teams currently play in the Sports Hub Divisions 2 and 4.

ROLE OVERVIEW

North Kildare CC is keen to hire a Cricket Coach for the 2026 summer season on a fixed term contract basis. 

The successful candidate will:

⇒ Support player development across all levels of the club

⇒ Work closely with youth players to strengthen skills and performance

⇒ Bring fresh ideas, energy, and leadership to our coaching setup

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

North Kildare CC is looking for someone with:

⇒ Strong communication and leadership skills

⇒ A genuine passion for coaching and player development

⇒ Relevant coaching experience

⇒ Minimum Level 1 coaching qualification (Level 2 preferred)
