Club Transfer Moves: First Checkpoint

Every years players decide that it is time to try something new and move to another club. There are many reasons. A change of accommodation or employment may trigger a move to a club more conveniently located. Friends may draw a player to a new club or a falling out with team mates or selectors. Younger players may want to want to available of better opportunities in another club. Or it may simply be that the grass is greener elsewhere. For whatever reason players move clubs each year and nearly 100 have transferred so far this year.

The numbers moving fluctuates each year. It was 140 Transfers in 2017, in 2016 it was only 67 and in 2015 it was 108.
