  3. Who were the leading wicket takers in the Open Comps?
12th October 2011 by Paul Reynolds

Who were the leading wicket takers in the Open Comps?

After yesterday's batting list, here is the bowling equivalent.

Not much has changed here over the last few weeks, with the list still being headed by Faran Khan - taking 57 wickets for Pembroke 3rds and 4ths throughout the season. Rex Walsh moved up the table at the end of the season, to finish off with 50 wickets at 18.12, mainly for Merrion 2nds and 3rds. Walsh took 15 wickets from August 27th to the end of the season, to propel him up the list.

The medal podium is completed by Sanjay Saharan of Merrion, just missing out on the 50 wicket mark, with 49 at 14.31, for Merrion 2nds, 3rds, 4ths and 5ths.

The Top 30 can be perused below. More tomorrow!
