Details of incident/Action taken - Leinster 5 fielded an unregistered player.
Leinster 5 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations. On April 19th 2012, Leinster were given a final warning regarding concerning unregostered players playing for the club. As a result of this second breach 5 points have been deducted from the league record of Leinster 5
Club/Team - Pembroke 6
Match - Division 12, Pembroke 6 vs Wexford Wanderers 2, Saturday 21st April 2012
Details of incident/Action taken - Pembroke 6 fielded an unregistered player. In addition to this a player played at a level deemed too low.
Pembroke 6 were found to be in breach of Clause 2.1 of the General Playing Regulations. Pembroke CC have been given a final warning, and told players must be registered before they can take the field.
In addition to this it was noted that Sean Smith had played the 2011 season for Pembroke 5, and although he was not in the Pembroke starrings for April 2012, he should not have played for Pembroke 6. Sean Smith is not to play below Divison 10 without the permission of the OCC
