These two meetings will take place in-person at the Clontarf Castle Hotel where tea, coffee and biscuits will be served from 6.30pm. All attendees will be required to be vaccinated and to have a copy of their vaccination certificate and identification ready for inspection by the hotel staff on arrival.
The room can normally cater for up to 400 people however in the current circumstances, a maximum capacity of 95 people will be permitted (this is fully compliant with the latest Government guidelines and health advice).
This will allow for voting to take place as and when required in line with our regulations.
A zoom link will also be provided for those who cannot attend in person for whatever reason which Simon Dyke (CL Cricket & Operations Manager) will coordinate on the day. Please let us know if you wish to avail of the zoom facility.
