LHK GROUP ALAN MURRAY CUP TEAM NEWS – MATCH DAY 3 (JUNE 26TH)

Heading into the final evening of the LHK Alan Murray Cup this week, all groups are still down for decision with some great action in store!

GROUP A

Group A has a simple equation, Pembroke need to beat Terenure to guarantee qualification, however if they slip up, a win for Railway Union in Oak Hill against Adamstown would see them nick the finals berth.

TERENURE VS PEMBROKE

Leinster hold all the cards in Group B, however if they slip up against Civil Service, a victory for Merrion over Dublin University would guarantee them overtaking the Rathmines side, with the Ballsbridge outfit currently having a far healthier Net Run Rate.

It’s winner-take-all in the Phoenix Park in Group C, as the holders host Rush with both teams level having won their last two games, whoever comes out on top will seal a spot in finals day. The other fixture sees The Hills take on North County, and whilst there’s no qualification on the line, this game is never a dead rubber with local bragging rights up for grabs!

Finally in Group D, the last semi-final berth will be decided on Monday evening in Malahide when Clontarf are the visitors, both have won their opening two games and will fight it out for a Finals Day slot. Friday night sees Balbriggan travelling to North Kildare as both sides look to avoid going winless in the competition.
