Following a rest day for all international players on Tuesday, the Sherwin O'Riordan Leinster Lightning will see the return of the vast majority of it's international cohort for Wednesday & Thursday's IP20 fixtures against the North West Warriors and Munster Reds.
The most notable absentee remains Josh Little, who is yet to make his return for the Lightning owing to international, PSL & Middlesex commitments.
Captain Lorcan Tucker is one of 6 returning internationals for the second and third games of the week, including four of his Pembroke team-mates in Barry McCarthy, Gavin Hoey, and the Tector brothers Harry & Tim.
George Dockrell of Phoenix is the other returning international, adding significantly to the batting, with Chris de Freitas & Séamus Lynch retained from day one.
McCarthy will return to lead a seam bowling unit which includes the options of Reuben Wilson & Melvin Devaraj as well as the new faces to the squad in Matt Hollard & Mark Tonge.
Gavin Hoey and Dylan Lues are the two spin bowling options in the squad.
