Please note that both the Annual General Meeting and the Autumn General Meeting will now take place over zoom only.
The vast proportion of attendees have opted to participate via zoom rather than in person which ultimately simplifies logistics, complexity and overheads for all concerned.
Equally, you will note from the list of nominations that there will be no requirements for a ballot at either meeting.
The meetings will therefore take place as follows:
1) Annual General Meeting - Thursday 14th October at 7.00pm by zoom (details below)
2) Autumn General Meeting - Thursday 14th October at 8.00pm by zoom (details below)
