Just to let you know of an important event in the cricket calendar which will be of interest to many people throughout the cricket community in Fingal and throughout Leinster.
An illustrated talk entitled “The Fingal League: a Tribute” will be given by Jim Bennett at 8.00 p.m. on Friday, 6 March 2020 in The Hills Cricket Club Pavilion.
There will be ample opportunity on the night to share and to relive memories of the many great days associated with this wonderful organisation.
If there are photographs and/or artefacts associated with the Fingal League, people are encouraged to bring them along.
This is an evening not to be missed – one of the rare occasions to reflect on the rich heritage and tradition of cricket in the Fingal region.
Cricket Leinster would encourage everyone with an interest in history, culture and legacy of cricket in Fingal to attend this important event.
