Early Bird ticket prices extended for Lightning vs Middlesex for Bank Holiday Weekend

Cricket Leinster is pleased to announce that due to requests from a number of our clubs and the overwhelming demand in tickets for the Smartwater Summer Smash between Leinster Lightning and Middlesex that the reduced special early bird price for all Cricket Leinster and Middlesex Members will be held for an additional 3 days only through the Bank Holiday Weekend until finally closing permanently on Tuesday 4th June at Midday.

With over 600 tickets already purchased for the big match on Friday 21st June at 5.30pm, the game at Pembroke Cricket Club is already on track for a record crowd at Sydney Parade and it will be a fitting occasion to mark Cricket Leinster's Centenary Year celebrations. It will be a real family affair down in Pembroke with plenty of entertainment lined up on and the off the pitch. We have external bars, Bar-B-Qs, Live DJ, Music, Bouncy Castles, Kids' Cricket Zone and plenty more on offer.

Cricket Leinster CEO, Philip Smith said; "I'd like to say a huge thank you to all the individuals and clubs in the community for their fantastic response so far in purchasing their tickets in advance for the Smartwater Summer Smash. With several clubs telling us they would like the Bank Holiday Weekend to do a rally of all those interested for bulk orders, we were happy to extend the great value €10 Adult, €5 kids and €25 family ticket for another few days. As we push past 600 tickets already sold with family tickets proving particularly popular, I'm certain we are in for a memorable atmosphere on Friday evening in 3 weeks' time. If I could make one final request to anyone who is planning on coming on the evening to please purchase their tickets now in advance so they don't miss out."
